TransGrid Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of utility-scale battery storage and PV projects across the United States.

The role requires strong scheduling and cost-management expertise, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams. Effective communication with stakeholders and a focus on safety, quality, and on-budget delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and scheduling skills to plan, monitor, and optimize project performance.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial analysis for large-scale energy projects.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the Project and Cost Management tool and processes for the portfolio.
• Review, manage, and approve project budgets.
• Develop the project organizational chart, communications matrix, and zipper plan.
• Manage all project personnel and assign tasks across departments.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for off-takers and third parties.
• Define milestones and manage the overall schedule.
• Set goals for the project team and review performance.
• Ensure contractual obligations meet IA, PPA, and financing terms.
• Oversee contracts (EPC, Engineer, Owner’s Engineer) with legal and contracts teams.
• Review and approve bid evaluation packages and contracts; manage change orders.
• Manage project cash flows and site team; maintain project files.
