Job summary

Lendmarq Capital LLC, headquartered in Miami, FL, is seeking an Asset Manager to lead workouts, restructurings, and recoveries across the portfolio. You will develop strategies with credit, legal, and executive teams to maximize recoveries while mitigating risk.

Responsibilities include creating impact analyses and aging reports, setting performance metrics, reviewing loan data, negotiating extensions, and guiding foreclosure processes with counsel and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Business.
• 8+ years of experience in special servicing, loan workouts, asset management, or credit.
• Demonstrated expertise in restructurings, foreclosures, and negotiated resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Create impact analyses and delinquency reports; monitor loan portfolio performance.
• Set operating metrics for speed, quality, and customer service.
• Build reporting and forecasting from company transaction history and counterparty metrics.
• Analyze portfolio changes and identify irregularities affecting portfolio or company.
• Lead meetings with key stakeholders to review accounts.
• Review loan data, file maintenance, and perform periodic audits of servicing files.
• Negotiate extension options and/or modifications with borrowers.
• Manage DIL, short sales, and REO processes; refer files to foreclosure and oversee counsel.
