Job summary

Anchor Loans, LP, a Pretium Partners company, seeks a Senior Asset Manager to lead Special Servicing of non-performing loans. You will maximize collateral value, mitigate losses, and coordinate recovery strategies while liaising with borrowers and investors.

Responsibilities include monitoring defaults, conducting research on delinquent assets, overseeing documentation, and collaborating with underwriting, servicing, and finance teams to improve outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field.
8+ years real estate asset management experience.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of loans in imminent or active default, overseeing all aspects of resolution.
Conduct detailed research on default matters to develop and execute optimal resolution strategies.
Review and approve documentation required throughout the default management process.
Communicate effectively with clients, legal counsel, and third-party vendors with timely updates.
Collaborate with underwriting, servicing, surveillance, and finance teams to optimize recovery outcomes.
Maintain thorough documentation of actions, analyses, and communications in loan files.
Present asset status, resolution strategies, and recovery forecasts to management and investors.
Monitor foreclosure proceedings, including motions and hearings, to meet timelines.
Track and manage REO properties post-sale through confirmation, redemption, or ratification.
