Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to own a portfolio of utility-scale renewables and energy storage assets. You will evaluate asset performance, manage obligations, develop business plans, and identify opportunities to enhance value across trading, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum five years in asset management or renewable energy.
• Knowledge of North American energy markets, ISO/RTO operations.
• Experience managing PPAs, operating and service agreements.
• Experience with financial forecasting or budgeting for energy assets.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary asset manager for a portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage assets across North American power markets.
• Own asset-level financial performance, including P&L oversight, forecasting, business planning, and value optimization.
• Partner with Trading and Energy Management teams to support market participation strategies and enhance asset value.
• Manage complex commercial agreements, including PPAs, O&M agreements, and landowner contracts.
• Lead asset transitions related to acquisitions, commissioning, and operational handoffs with full compliance readiness.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to internal stakeholders and partnership teams.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Legal, Trading, and Engineering to drive performance improvements and strategic objectives.
