Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of NOI, cap rates, and yield analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze property-level financial performance including occupancy, rent collections, NOI, capital expenditures, and operating expenses.
• Develop and maintain asset business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance asset value and optimize returns.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure effective execution of operating plans
• Conduct property visits and operational audits.
• Review and approve operational budgets and pricing and concession adjustments
• Evaluate market conditions and trends to inform leasing and pricing strategies.
• Support acquisition due diligence and transition planning for new assets.
• Prepare and present regular asset performance reports to internal stakeholders and investors.
