The role requires a BS in Finance and 5+ years in asset management for market-rate multifamily properties with 200+ units, plus strong leadership to drive the process and coordinate with underwriting and third-party management.

• 5+ years in Asset Management in market rate multifamily with 200+ units.
• Ability to lead and manage the asset management process.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an asset management strategy for portfolio maximizing long term value, property operations, capital expenditures, and renovation/redevelopment programs.
• Collaborate as necessary, with other team members on regional investment activities including acquisition's support and underwriting.
• Oversee debt and refinancing efforts for the portfolio.
• Oversee 3rd party Property Management.
