The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with asset management for residential multifamily assets, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel ~2 days per week to properties.

Successful, growing Real Estate Management company is seeking a full time Asset Manager with experience in Residential Multifamily Properties. Opportunity to join a great team with significant opportunities for growth.

Job requires oversight of property managers and day to day operations which will include review of monthly reports, income and financial statements etc. 2 days/week traveling is required on most weeks. Knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel, a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business plans including investment objectives, compliance goals, marketing positioning, team, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives.
• Perform on-site property visits and conduct property reviews to evaluate performance.
• Help create, implement, and follow-up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at the property.
• Proactively create new initiatives to further enhance property performance
• Reviewing of Monthly and Annual financial statements.
