Job summary

DevCo Residential Group is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead a portfolio of affordable housing assets. The role may be based in Bellevue, WA, St. Louis Park, MN, or performed remotely, reporting to the VP of Asset Management.

The candidate will oversee development oversight, construction monitoring, LIHTC compliance, investor reporting, and performance improvements, while mentoring the Asset Management team and driving value creation.

Qualifications

• LIHTC asset management experience required.
• 7–10 years of applicable industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior asset management lead for a portfolio of affordable housing assets across the full asset lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Asset Managers and team members.
