Job summary

Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for National Field Operations.

You will manage frontline relationships for LIHTC portfolios, performing in-depth financial analysis and coordinating across teams to mitigate risks and drive performance. The role can be remote with preference for candidates in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones; travel to properties is required as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of real estate operations or LIHTC experience.
Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and subsidies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Actively identify and prioritize issues through proactive involvement and problem solving using performance data and financial analysis.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to champion issue resolution and customer requests.
Conduct portfolio site visits to assess physical and compliance risks and provide informed recommendations.
Engage with area Originators and Underwriters to gain market insights and share expertise across departments.
Develop SMART plans to drive timely resolution of issues and requests.
Lead meetings with GP’s, Sponsors, and investors to understand organizational structures and development pipelines.
