You will analyze financial statements, budgets, and regulatory documents, ensure compliance, and guide post-closing changes. Proficiency in Excel and asset management software (Yardi/MRI) is valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of financial or real estate experience; asset management preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and related compliance requirements.
