Job summary

Forum Investment Group seeks a Senior Director, Asset Manager to lead leasing and operational performance across a portfolio of communities. You will diagnose performance gaps, design actionable plans, and partner with property, operations, and marketing teams to boost occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include developing lease-up strategies, analyzing performance trends, and guiding site teams toward execution, with heavy emphasis on analytics, collaboration, and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/real estate/finance.
• 10+ years in multifamily regional operations, lease-up, property management, or asset management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi/CRM platforms.
• Strong leasing, pricing, revenue management, and market positioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lease-up and stabilization strategies for assigned communities.
• Analyze leasing, occupancy, concessions, traffic, and renewal trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with site teams to improve leasing discipline and day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach with property teams and operations.
• Support high-priority assets with action plans for occupancy and revenue challenges.
• Prepare timely updates on leasing velocity, occupancy, and performance for leadership.
