Job summary

BKM Capital Partners in Atlanta, GA seeks an Associate Director of Asset Management to lead strategy, budgeting, leasing, and performance reporting for a growing portfolio. This role will drive value through disciplined management, pricing strategies, and hands-on leadership of onsite and partner teams.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in CRE asset/portfolio management, advanced Excel and Argus experience, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams in a collaborative, in-office environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate, business, finance, economics.
• 7+ years of relevant CRE asset/portfolio management experience.
• Strong Excel and Argus proficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise strategic plans for assets, budgets, and leasing strategies.
• Lead asset management team and coordinate with vendors, leasing agents and staff.
• Provide investor deliverables and ensure timely reporting.
• Conduct market research and site visits to evaluate asset performance.
