Job summary

Stockbridge is seeking an Asset Management Associate to join our Atlanta team. The role offers close collaboration with senior asset managers and exposure to the full lifecycle of property ownership across a diverse portfolio, including office, mixed-use, residential, and development projects.

You will build sophisticated financial models, monitor performance, and support budgets and asset strategies while developing market knowledge through site visits and interactions with advisory partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate or finance experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and review sophisticated financial models for property valuations and portfolio-level analysis.
• Monitor performance against business plans and investment objectives.
• Assist in annual budgets, business plans, and asset strategies.
• Conduct due diligence on acquisitions and evaluate key investment considerations.
• Support asset strategies to maximize value and portfolio objectives.
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee meetings.
