You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to incidents, and mentor analysts to improve service delivery while upholding security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge base updates, train new team members, and coach analysts to enhance service delivery.
• Resolve complex tickets within SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance CSAT by achieving first call resolution and proactive security threat mitigation.
