Qualifications

• 10+ years of affordable housing, LIHTC asset management, or real estate finance experience.
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, TCAC, and related affordable housing programs required.
• Leadership or management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of Merritt's affordable housing investment portfolio.
• Monitor financial, operational, compliance, and partnership performance.
• Manage portfolio risk and develop mitigation strategies.
