Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Senior Analyst - Asset Management in Plano, TX for a 6+ month on-site contract. Ideal candidate has a BS/BA in accounting, CPA, SAP ERP experience, and 3+ years in fixed asset/lease accounting with strong analytical and communication skills.

The role focuses on maintaining asset records, independent valuation, depreciation, budgeting support, and audit responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting with 3–10 years of work experience.
• CPA and public accounting experience required.
• Experience with SAP ERP system and fixed assets/lease accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support fixed asset accounting processes and procedures.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Record and monitor asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
• Perform depreciation calculations and asset valuations.
• Prepare fixed asset reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for fixed assets.
• Coordinate with IT and admin staff for asset tagging and tracking.
• Assist with internal/external audit requests pertaining to fixed assets.
• Develop process improvements for fixed asset management.
