Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Advisory Services team, based in Washington, DC or New York. The role focuses on strategic asset management, digital strategy, and program delivery for asset-intensive clients, with emphasis on water utilities and transportation.

You will work with public agencies and infrastructure organizations, developing integrated solutions and leading or supporting work-winning activities. Frequent travel between NY and DC and across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience advising asset-intensive clients, preferably including water utilities, in strategic asset management, asset digital strategy, or related advisory services.
• Experience with asset management transformation, change management, or complex program delivery assignments.
• Strong communication and client advisory skills with ability to translate complex issues into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and program guidance to asset-intensive clients, focusing on water and transport portfolios.
• Lead or support engagements across asset management, digital strategy, business process improvement, and change management.
• Develop integrated solutions across Arup service areas and communicate insights through client presentations.
• Balance project delivery with regional business development and internal coordination.
