We seek a Principal Asset Management Consultant to join our Resilience Water Team and lead technical asset management projects for water and wastewater utilities.

The role is flexible hybrid and can be based out of Hanover, MD; Arlington, VA; Washington, DC; or Virginia Beach, VA, requiring strong engineering judgment, data-driven decision making, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field and 15+ years delivering water/wastewater or asset management projects.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience applying engineering principles to asset management, condition assessment, and capital improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical asset management plans and infrastructure investment strategies.
• Lead and deliver asset management and infrastructure projects for municipal water/wastewater utilities.
• Perform asset, GIS, maintenance, and inspection data analyses to support planning and decision-making.
• Provide technical recommendations for asset rehabilitation, replacement, renewal, and capital improvement programs.
• Prepare engineering reports and client deliverables.
• Support business development in the Mid-Atlantic region.
