Job summary

Plains is hiring an Integrity Engineer in Houston, TX to manage and improve the Integrity Management Program for pipelines and facilities. You will perform ILI assessments, P&M evaluations, hydrotest validation, and MAOP reviews while coordinating with Operations and regulatory bodies.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/chemical engineering background with 5+ years of experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% to field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Chemical preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in integrity management, ILI analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• ILI data review, anomaly selection, and closeout reporting.
• Lead P&M evaluations, threat ID, HCA review, and leak-detection assessments.
• Engineer hydrotest pressures and document MAOP/MOP compliance.
• Contribute integrity input on new pipelines, acquisitions, and projects.
• Coordinate with operations, corrosion, ILI vendors, and audits.
