Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Manager of Integrity Services in Houston, TX. You will lead the Asset Integrity team to ensure safe, reliable operation of pipelines, oversee MAOP confirmation, ECAs, and ILI data analyses, and coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Supply Chain.

This role requires 8+ years in pipeline integrity or engineering, knowledge of PHMSA regulations, and strong leadership to drive regulatory adherence and data governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge across 49 CFR Parts 191, 192, 195.
• Experience leading engineering evaluations for pipeline integrity.
• Experience with ECAs for MAOP reconfirmation, permits, uprates, or fitness-for-service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisors overseeing Pipeline Safety, Materials & Welding, Engineering Records, and GIS.
• Lead and review pressure testing calculations per 49 CFR Parts 192 & 195.
• Oversee MAOP/MOP confirmation activities with TVC documentation.
• Develop and oversee ECAs supporting integrity decisions and regulatory justifications.
• Support AML, material evaluation, and qualification processes.
• Oversee ILI anomaly assessments, repair prioritization, and RCAs.
