The role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and IT to strengthen controls, manage issues, and prepare for regulatory examinations. A bachelor's degree and 7+ years in risk-related roles are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Asset Finance products, processes, systems, and risks.
• Advise on risk management practices, control design, and strengthening the control environment.
• Support management of findings, issues, and action plans, including monitoring progress and escalation of risks.
• Partner with business leaders to assess control effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Conduct remediation reviews to confirm risks have been addressed.
• Perform targeted reviews and testing of key business processes and controls.
• Monitor and evaluate risk indicators, metrics, trends, and emerging risks in Asset Finance.
• Facilitate risk assessments, including RCSAs and PSRAs.
• Engage with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory bodies as needed.
