Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Field Integrity Engineer II, Midstream, based in our Houston, TX office to apply technical integrity expertise across regional assets. You will provide project management for ILI tool runs, hydrotests and anomaly digs, forecast monthly costs, and coordinate with field operations, maintenance personnel and company management.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management for ILI tool runs, hydrotests, reconditioning projects, and anomaly digs.
• Forecast pipeline assessment and repair costs monthly.
• Communicate with key stakeholders including field operations and maintenance personnel as well as company management.
• Select appropriate ILI (In Line Inspection) methods and coordinate the schedule of tool runs.
• Coordinate kick‑off meetings for assessment and repair programs.
• Review ILI remediation worklists and transmittals.
• Select appropriate NDE methods and make pipeline anomaly repair determinations.
• Review and approve maintenance reports after repairs.
