Millennium Management LLC is seeking a senior credit underwriting professional in Dallas to own underwriting and diligence for asset-based and corporate lending transactions. You will analyze financial statements, assess risk, and manage collateral across industries to support fast-paced deal flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience in credit underwriting and structuring of asset-based and corporate lending transactions.
• Familiarity with asset-based finance and lending across broad industries and sector nuances.
• Strong balance sheet knowledge and off-balance sheet structures.
• Knowledge of legal documentation (commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements, intercreditor agreements).
• Able to produce excellent underwriting work product with detailed analysis.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in portfolio management and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on underwriting, diligence, and financial analysis across asset-based and corporate transactions.
• Work directly with PM to underwrite, risk assess and analyze asset-based and corporate lending deals.
• Set up covenant packages, risk ratings, KPIs, and portfolio monitoring.
• Analyze new prospects for credit quality including financials and projections.
• Evaluate collateral from diverse industries for asset-oriented facilities.
• Prepare internal documentation to evaluate opportunities, including pre-screens and final approvals.
• Collaborate with risk management on approvals; present to the risk committee for deal sign-off.
• Coordinate with appraisers and field examiners to diligence, document and close transactions.
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial credit environments with multiple workflows.
• Hands-on involvement in underwriting, diligence, and financial statement analysis is essential.
