Fifth Third Bank in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Principal, ABL Portfolio Management to oversee a portfolio of asset-based loans within the Commercial Bank. You will analyze financial statements, structure credits, and guide relationships with clients and relationship managers.

You will monitor risk, maintain trend/credit files, and lead credit write-ups while ensuring timely reporting and compliance. This role requires deep analytical ability and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 6 years credit analysis or loan review in commercial banking.
• 3+ years in Asset Based Lending or field examination.
• Strong ability to read and interpret business materials.

Responsabilités

• Manage the ongoing credit risk of an ABL portfolio.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and meetings.
• Attend client meetings and work with senior management on complex clients.
• Monitor loan structures and interface with service functions.
• Document credit decisions and maintain credit files and reports.
