Job summary
Huntington Bank is seeking an Asset Based Lending (ABL) Relationship Manager in Chicago to ensure loans are properly serviced, collateral is verified, and clients’ financials are analyzed. You will lead complex deals, monitor credit risk, and maintain strong borrower and partner relationships.
The role requires 8+ years in ABL, a finance-related bachelor’s degree (MBA/CFA preferred), and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Asset-Based Lending experience with complex portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate complex deals and determine credit viability; advise senior management.
- Monitor credit and collateral trends, analyze financial data, and identify risks.
- Develop and implement client relationship strategies with borrowers and partner banks.
- Prepare portfolio management reports and process credit requests, amendments, waivers, and renewals.
