Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in securitized products.
• Experience reviewing periodic transaction reporting and trustee reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ABF transactions at deal and loan level and assess performance against structural features and underwriting assumptions.
• Produce surveillance summaries highlighting trends and forward-looking considerations.
• Develop issuer reporting packages with the ABF Deal Team and improve automated surveillance coverage.
