Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant aerospace/defense experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, assembly, and test of rocket engine hardware.
• Maintain a clean, organized aerospace shop environment.
• Provide feedback on build and test procedures.
• Document build processes in a shop-floor management system.
• Improve processes and tools for efficiency.
