Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 10+ years aerospace/defense experience
• Strong team orientation and collaboration across the organization
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical assemblies and basic electrical issues
• Experience performing finished goods inspection using measurement equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
• Experience ensuring conformance to quality standards such as ISO 9000, AS9100, or J-STD

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, assembly, and test of rocket engine hardware
• Maintain a clean, organized shop suitable for high-quality aerospace fabrication
• Provide ongoing feedback on build and test procedures
• Document build processes in a computer-based shop floor management system
• Improve processes and tools to make the job easier
• Other tasks as assigned
