Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of inspection/manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Comfortable with evolving processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and final products using calibrated metrology tools.
• Record inspection results accurately.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Issue nonconformances for parts that fail to meet requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams in problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Review End Item Data Packs and First Article Inspection documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop/update inspection instructions and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and other quality standards.
• Adapt to scheduling needs to support manufacturing operations.
