Agile Space Industries is seeking a Senior Machinist to support rocket engine production at our Durango, CO facility. You will work with the Manufacturing Director to maintain machining, assembly, and delivery of high-quality rocket hardware for in-space propulsion and R&D.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in teams within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of machining experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to self-direct work.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, mills, and surface grinders.
• Perform inspections using metrology equipment.
• Provide feedback on engineering drawings to improve machinability.
• Lead, train, or mentor others on machine tools and processes.
• Support quality and compliance with QMS procedures.
