Job summary

JLG Industries, an Oshkosh company, is seeking an Assembler II to safely assemble equipment on the assembly line using a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools. You will follow detailed instructions from supervisors, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic components, support cross‑station work, and help train new teammates while maintaining a clean, safe 6S workplace.

This position requires diligence, ability to read diagrams, and a commitment to quality as you contribute to reliable

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or General Labor.
Ability to travel 5%.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto JLG/Jerr Dan products using safe and proper tools.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components and read diagrams; repair as needed.
Assist training new team members on processes and equipment functions; operate on EQC, MDS, JED, AS400.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 6S standards and safety procedures.
Ensure machine configurations align to sales orders and complete EQC process.
Demonstrate ability to operate all units produced in assigned function.
