Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or General Labor.
• Ability to travel 5%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto JLG/Jerr Dan products using safe and proper tools and techniques.
• Install various product accessories including decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights and sales changes.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components and read electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
• Work across all stations and assist training of new team members; use and train on electronic devices (EQC, MDS, JED, AS400).
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow 6S standards; test all models/products.
• Identify and assist in corrective actions; ensure machine configuration aligns to sales orders; complete EQC process.
