Job summary

Clayton is seeking a full-time inventory and process support role at our Clayton Manufacturing facility in Belton, TX. You will lead a team, schedule production targets, and oversee physical inventory while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Communication with peers and managers is essential to drive performance. Requirements include at least 2 years with TRU, strong organizational and attendance records, and familiarity with Oracle/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with TRU.
• Level 3 skills within the department – Preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attendance
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• Ideal Team Player qualities (Humble, Hungry, Smart).
• Knowledge of Oracle, ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve production targets.

• Assist in conducting performance reviews.

• Assist in the daily maintenance of materials inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Direct involvement in conducting physical inventory.
• Review and reconcile physical inventory.
