Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with TRU.
• Level 3 skills within the department - Preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attendance and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivating the team to achieve production goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve production targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Assist in conducting performance reviews.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through engagement initiatives.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires teamwork.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of materials inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
