Job summary

Clayton Supply in Morristown, TN seeks a Production Team Leader to drive efficiency, quality, and line production. You will train team members for certifications and coordinate daily huddles with the Area Coordinator and Production Manager.

The role emphasizes organization, cross-training, and timely material communication to keep the line flowing. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), basic math, and proficiency with Outlook.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
• Language: Read and comprehend instructions.
• Math: Basic math skills required.
• Computer: Ability to use and regularly check Outlook email.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for certification of production Team Members
• Communicate materials needs to material handlers
• Support Area Coordinator, Production Manager, and Team members through daily Huddle Meetings
• Assign daily tasks to each Team Member and ensure cross-training/job rotation
• Ensure organization/cleanliness of work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Coordinator and Production Manager
