Duties / Responsibilities:

DAILY DUTIES

• Motivating the team to achieve production goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve production targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Assist in conducting performance reviews.

PHYSICAL INVENTORY

• Prepare facility for physical inventory.
• Direct involvement in conducting physical inventory.
• Review and reconcile physical inventory.
• Counting work in process material.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience with TRU
• Level 3 skills within the department - Preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attendance
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• Ideal Team Player qualities (Humble, Hungry, Smart).
• Knowledge of Oracle, ERP systems preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Other demands as outlined by EHS
