Job summary

INNOVEYANCE is seeking an Assembly Supervisor in Indiana to direct the Assembly department, maintain production schedules, and ensure quality standards. The role requires at least two years as a lead person in manufacturing and may involve assisting in hiring and training employees.

The supervisor will oversee daily output, coordinate with maintenance on conveyor systems, and ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines while utilizing ERP/MES systems for data entry and tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a lead person in a similar manufacturing operation.
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the Assembly department to maintain production schedules and quality standards.
• Assists in hiring and training of employees.
• Supervises and directs daily production output, timecards, schedules, and attendance.
• Assembles product using blueprints, worksheets, or verbal orders.
• Performs quality checks and ensures safety and housekeeping practices.
