Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to anticipate potential problems within supervised departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production scheduling and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Train and coach production staff and manage performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, maintenance and quality control.
• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, attendance, and workflow records.
• Plan staffing and direct work to meet targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support lean initiatives across the floor.
