Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Leader for Assembly Process Development within the Process Industrialization team. You will lead new manufacturing process development, standardizing approaches for rotor assembly and related applications, while driving scalable best practices across production.

You will mentor engineers, apply lean and kaizen methods, and ensure safety and quality as you deliver handoffs to production and optimize processes for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment.
• Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. persons restriction due to access to export-controlled information; verification required.

Aufgaben

• Execute manufacturing process development, implementation and qualification across rotor assembly and other applications.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives.
• Develop hands-on new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to production.
• Manage development iterations to meet customer needs with focus on safety, quality, and internal customer needs.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers across teams.
• Identify and eliminate waste while coaching others.
• Engineer, standardize, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development.
• Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate on breakthroughs initiatives.
