Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or closely related field preferred.
• 5+ years mining assay laboratory experience.
• Experience supervising laboratory staff is a plus.
• Familiarity with QA/QC programs and LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assay laboratory activities and sample handling.
• Coordinate workflows to meet production and reporting deadlines.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and review results for accuracy.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and environmental compliance.
