Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Project Manager in Florida to join our team in Tallahassee. The PM will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget, coordinating with field crews and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of asphalt paving experience, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent), and strong communication and organizational skills. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (or equivalent work experience).
• DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred.
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
