Asphalt Paving Company in Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence. You will guide field teams and coordinate with clients to deliver quality outcomes.

Requirements include 5+ years in asphalt paving and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent). DOT/County/Municipal experience and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (or equivalent work experience).
• DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred.
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
