• 5+ years of experience in Civil Construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.
• Roadwork and/or Civil Site experience (roads, utilities, site development etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
