Asphalt Paving Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on safety, schedule, and budget adherence, with leadership responsibilities for a team of professionals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of asphalt paving experience and a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with preferred DOT and municipal project exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (or equivalent work experience).
• DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred.
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
