Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead asphalt paving crews on diverse projects. You will plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, material control and day-to-day direction of field personnel. Strong leadership and people skills are essential.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in asphalt paving, with DOT, county, and municipal project experience preferred. Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred.
• Train and mentor foreman and crew members.
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions including scheduling and material control.
• Lead and direct multiple paving crews with strong on-site leadership.
• Ensure day-to-day direction of field personnel and adherence to safety standards.
