Job summary

Asphaltech Pavement Solutions in Bridgeton, NJ seeks an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead field crews and deliver high-quality paving and maintenance projects across the region. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership on active job sites and a strong emphasis on safety and productivity.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate equipment, enforce safety standards, read construction plans, and communicate clearly with managers and crew to keep projects on schedule and to company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt operations.
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Knowledge of asphalt equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; no provisional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites in and around Bridgeton, NJ.
• Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and jobsite workflow.
• Monitor equipment use, basic maintenance awareness, and safe operation procedures.
• Read and interpret construction plans and communicate scope to the crew.
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA-conscious jobsite practices.
• Maintain quality control for paving, repairs, and related asphalt work.
• Communicate with managers, crew members, and project stakeholders as needed.
• Help keep projects on schedule and support productive field operations.
