Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior App Store Optimization Manager to own ASO strategy and execution across our Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Angling verticals. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll identify and prioritize opportunities to improve app discovery and conversion, navigate different business needs across the portfolio, and evolve our approach as app stores and AI‑driven discovery change.

You’ll serve as onX’s ASO subject matter expert, using data and experimentation to guide decisions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ASO or mobile growth marketing experience.
• Experience leading ASO across multiple products/brands.
• Ability to translate ASO insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Experience with AI-driven app discovery and emerging features.

Responsibilities

• ASO Strategy & prioritization across four verticals.
• Lead keyword, metadata, creative, and store optimization across platforms.
• Own the ASO experimentation lifecycle from hypotheses to learnings.
• Monitor performance and translate insights into recommendations for partners.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate ASO needs clearly.
