Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior App Store Optimization Manager to own ASO across Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Angling. You’ll identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and guide experiments with Marketing, Product, and Creative to boost app discovery and conversion.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor performance, and adapt strategies for AI-driven discovery while aligning with senior stakeholders. US work authorization and travel to corporate offices are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ASO and mobile growth marketing experience.
• Experience across multiple products or brands with cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve ASO strategy and roadmap across four verticals.
• Lead optimization of keywords, metadata, and app store experiences.
• Run ASO experiments from hypothesis to learnings and apply insights.
• Monitor rankings, conversions, and performance; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Paid UA partners to align priorities.
