Job summary

Cornelis Networks, Inc. seeks an experienced ASIC/SoC verification engineer to join a distributed team supporting high‑performance AI/HPC networking.

You will write UVM environments, develop testbenches, and drive coverage across block, unit, and SoC levels while collaborating with design, software, and silicon validation teams. The role emphasizes hands‑on verification, RTL debugging, and a strong understanding of networking hardware.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification.
• Hands-on experience with writing code using UVM/SystemVerilog.
• Verification of complex SoCs across multiple clock domains.
• Debugging RTL issues to root cause with RTL-level visibility.
• Experience with revision control systems like Git or SVN.

Responsibilities

• Define overall SOC level verification strategy and plan.
• Develop and drive UVM environments to verify RTL at block, unit, and SoC levels.
• Develop and execute functional tests per verification test plans.
• Instrument testbenches for functional and code coverage and drive closure.
• Collaborate with design, software, emulation and silicon validation teams to ensure quality.
