Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management or engineering program management in hardware.
• Electrical engineering background or hands-on ASIC project involvement.
• Ability to follow handoffs, pressure-test estimates, and identify blockers.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated project plans across multiple overlapping ASIC projects with milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate handoffs and sign-off gates across architecture, RTL, DV, physical design, and manufacturing.
• Track critical paths and drive recovery plans with engineering leads.
• Assess risks (technical, execution, partner, QoR) and drive mitigation to closure.
• Run program reviews and align teams to create timely decisions.
• Keep leadership updated on progress, risks, and required decisions.
• Manage relationships with IP providers and vendors; support contract negotiations.
• Evolve PM processes, reporting, and rhythms as programs scale.
